guest today, can show us how to diffuse conflicts quickly by
de-escalating anger in 90 seconds. He is an award-winning
author of three books, a teacher, speaker, and a trainer. His

& Schuster. He was a successful trial lawyer for 22 years before
leaving the practice of law to dedicate his life to constructive
